Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify me of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon start date to qualify for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after the project has started, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will be applied. Rescheduling a project is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Servicing Refund Policy

Refunds are only available before design work begins. Once work has started, a refund cannot be issued.
If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
No refunds will be provided for completed projects.
Turnaround Time Policy
Turnaround times begin once the design brief and all required materials are submitted. Weekends and public holidays are not included in turnaround calculations. Expedited requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Delays in communication or missing information may impact the delivery schedule.
